A selection of projects from across industries and disciplines. Each one represents our commitment to strategic thinking and creative excellence.
Rheinberg Verlag is a mid-sized German-language publishing house with a catalogue spanning literary fiction, non-fiction and educational titles. When they decided to modernise their identity after 40 years, they turned to us for a comprehensive rebrand. We developed a new logo, colour system, typography guidelines and a full suite of stationery. The new identity balances the publisher’s heritage with a contemporary feel, giving them a distinctive presence at the Frankfurt Book Fair and across all their digital channels. We also created templates for book covers, marketing materials and their internal communications.

MedTech Solutions, a manufacturer of advanced diagnostic imaging equipment, required a 120-square-metre exhibition stand for MEDICA, the world’s largest medical trade fair held annually in Düsseldorf. Our design incorporated product demonstration zones, private meeting rooms, a presentation theatre and a hospitality lounge. The stand architecture used clean lines and a clinical white palette accented with the client’s brand blue, creating a professional environment that attracted over 2,000 visitor interactions during the four-day event. We managed everything from initial concept to installation and dismantling.
Franconia Sparkasse needed a modern responsive website that could integrate with their online banking infrastructure while providing a welcoming, user-friendly experience for personal and business customers. We designed and developed a multi-section website with branch finder, product comparison tools, appointment booking and a financial education resource centre. The project included search engine optimisation and a content strategy for their financial literacy blog, resulting in a 45% increase in organic traffic within six months of launch.

PharmaNord, a pharmaceutical company specialising in cardiovascular therapies, engaged us to develop the marketing campaign for the launch of a new anticoagulant medication. Working within the strict regulatory framework of German pharmaceutical advertising law, we created a multi-channel campaign targeting both healthcare professionals and patients. Deliverables included scientific detail aids for the sales force, patient brochures, a dedicated product website, conference materials and a series of medical education modules. The campaign achieved full regulatory approval and contributed to a successful market entry.

The City of Erlangen commissioned us to design their annual citizens’ report, a 96-page publication covering municipal achievements, financial statements, urban development projects and community initiatives. We created a clear, accessible layout with infographics, photography and a structured editorial design that guided readers through complex information. The report was produced in both print and digital PDF formats, and the design system we developed has since been used for three consecutive annual editions.

BavariaFit, a regional health insurance provider, wanted to increase policy renewals and cross-sell additional coverage to existing members. We developed a personalised direct mail campaign with tailored offers based on member profiles, supported by a dedicated landing page and email follow-up sequence. The campaign included a health quiz incentive that drove engagement and data collection. Response rates exceeded industry benchmarks by 30%, and the campaign generated a measurable uplift in policy upgrades within the first quarter.

Steinbach Brauerei, a family-owned Franconian brewery with a 300-year history, approached us to develop a regional advertising campaign to boost awareness among younger consumers without alienating their loyal traditional customer base. We created a print and outdoor campaign combining heritage imagery with modern typography and a witty tone of voice. The campaign ran across regional newspapers, transit shelters and beer garden signage. We also designed a limited-edition label series for their seasonal brews, which became a collector’s item and generated significant social media attention.

Altmann & Weber is a medium-sized engineering firm specialising in industrial automation systems. They needed a complete corporate identity refresh and a new website that would position them as a modern technology partner rather than a traditional engineering company. We developed a new visual identity built around precision and innovation, with a geometric logo, a cool-toned colour palette and technical sans-serif typography. The website features detailed case studies, a knowledge base and an interactive product configurator. The project also included company brochures, technical documentation templates and trade show materials for SPS (Smart Production Solutions) in Nuremberg.

Grünwald Bio, an organic food brand sold through health food shops and selected supermarkets across Bavaria, commissioned us to redesign their product packaging and point-of-sale materials. Our illustrator created a series of hand-drawn botanical illustrations for each product line — grains, oils, teas and dried fruits. These illustrations became the centrepiece of the new packaging design, shelf displays and promotional materials. The rebrand contributed to a 25% increase in retail sell-through during the first year and won recognition at a regional design award.

The Bavarian regional tourism board needed a compelling exhibition presence at ITB Berlin, the world’s leading travel trade show. We designed a welcoming, immersive stand that brought the Bavarian landscape and culture to life through large-format photography, natural materials and interactive digital screens. Our copywriters produced all visitor-facing content in German, English and Mandarin. The stand included a stage for presentations, a tasting area for regional food and drink, and private meeting rooms for tour operator negotiations. The project received positive coverage in several trade publications.
